Copperhead Mineral AB is a Swedish private company with focus on mineral exploration and startup of mining operations. Commodity focus is base and precious metals.
Strategy
Objective is to startup mining operations in at least one mine within the next five year period. Strategy to achieve this is to focus on projects with excellent prerequisites for permitting and financing based on sound socio-economic project parameters. Preferably, projects should be brownfield with known mineralization and available historic data from previous operations. Further, local support and engagement from political decisions makers, inhabitants, business and other stakeholders is also of great importance.

Per Storm
Chairman, and also CEO of Mahvie Minerals AB, a junior mining company operating in the Nordics. He has a significant academic and professional background in the mining and materials science sectors. Dr. Storm holds a Doctor of Science (Dr. Sc.) degree in Industrial Management, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Material Science and Metallurgy from KTH (Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden), and a M.Sc. in Finance from Stockholm University. His expertise lies particularly in the innovation processes of the mining and steel industries, highlighting his comprehensive understanding of both the technical and financial aspects of the sector. Before his current role at Mahvie Minerals, Per Storm had extensive experience in the mining industry, including serving as the CEO of Copperstone Resources.
My Simonsson
Director, and also serves as board director in several publicly listed junior resource companies including Mahvie Mineral and Bluelake Mineral. She holds a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Lund University and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. Simonsson is a co-owner and lawyer at Advokatbyrån Simonsson AB, a law firm specializing in corporate acquisitions and corporate law. With over 20 years of experience in business law, she has established herself as a respected legal expert.
